SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders received are sent out at the earliest opportunity, usually the same day, but this is not always possible due to work commitments or personal reasons. If Jon Allen is away for a length of time or there is another reason he is unable to send out your order within a few days of receiving it, you will be contacted.

TRACKING
Almost all items are automatically shipped using tracked postage and shipping. You will receive details of all tracking services. Jon Allen cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Should any non-tracked item/s be lost in transit and replacement/s requested, a nominal charge will be made depending on the price of the total order plus tracked postage for the replacement item/s.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND RETURNED ITEMS
Jon Allen is not responsible for any customs / tariff fees incurred on any product bought from this site imported into your country. Unless there has been an error from Jon Allen, the customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Should an item be returned to Jon Allen due to any customs duties not being paid by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any and all shipment costs of resending the item, or a replacement.

REFUND POLICY
When you purchase any product from this website you are buying a secret as well as, in most cases, a prop. Only items bought from this website that are faulty or damaged will be exchanged and not for any other reason. Faulty items should be reported to Jon Allen no later than 3 days after you have received your item). In the case of faulty items being returned, upon receipt of the item, you will be issued with a straight swap for another unit of the same product that will be checked for faults before dispatch. If you receive a faulty DVD, this will be exchanged for a working copy of the same title. The book ‘Experience – The Magic of Jon Allen’ cannot be returned.

If you would like to return an item then please email returns@Close-upMagician.com in the first instance explaining your reasons for wanting to do so. Returns will only be accepted once agreed through correspondence with Jon Allen. He reserves the right to refuse an exchange if he deems that a product is damaged through extensive use or mis-handling, as opposed to a manufacturing defect. In extreme cases where a duplicate exchange may not be possible, a full refund will be given.

Only faulty items are eligible for return and Jon Allen reserves the right to refuse the return on any other grounds. Any item returned to Jon Allen with no correspondence or agreement prior to Jon Allen taking receipt of the return will be kept by Jon Allen with no refund or exchange given.
In some cases, a damaged item may not need to be returned in which case you may keep the item.
